Default Sexing young spur thighs

I know it is incredibly difficult to be sure of the sex of young tortoises, however, I wondered if any one can answer this:
If an 18 month old Greek spur thigh is exhibiting classic Male mating behaviour is it definitely male or could it just be confused? The tail is no guide yet!

No such species as a Greek spur-thigh:0)
What behaviour are we talking about?

It'll be classic male behaviour !! pacing, impatient and tight with their money I suspect !

Nicky probably wont be able to tell behavioural wise until a little older and take into account the shape / tail etc. There is one girlie Horsfield that mounts the rest so THAT sort of behaviour is not solely a male trait! CB

It could be two females sorting out the pecking order.
If you post a picture of the tail end we can take a guess.
