Mine came today and they have put the screw hole right through Ronni's eye, looks horrible. Shall I tell the bloke? x

Yes I think that you should. They should have adjusted the picture to allow for that really. Do they have a return policy? They should say on the advert.

When I didnt know whether to complain about my sign or not I felt bad,but when I did,the woman was really off saying that it wasnt clear on the order form,instead of just saying of course,no problem and sending a new one she was blaming the paypal payment instruction form for the error when I had a copy of it in black and white

Thanks for the link,are you tempted to leave a netural comment rather than a positive Jackie,i would definalty email the seller Lynne can't see how they can blame the buyer for that one

I like the sign and she sent it straight away so if it arrives perfect tomorrow then I will leave positive feedback,I was just upset because I had posted it on here and got her a few extra customers from here and she didnt understand why I wasnt happy.I didnt want the sign as it wasnt correct and I wasnt even going to put it up,but now it is sorted and I get a new one tomorrow,lets hope he doesnt have a hole through his head

Ha ha now that would be bad,mind you i had a look at feedback and it seems there are a few people who are not getting what theve asked for but i do think there lovely so will put a order when i can think of a name ohh yeah and a tortoise
