Yes regularly! Depends what you're using as well, I only use sand and soil, same as the rest of the enclosure so it gets changed when the substrate does. Some other bedding materials probably need to be changed more regularly as hay for example, can harbour mould spores when it gets damp

than wouldn't it be a hassle if you all use alot of sand and soil? Throw after your done using it? How long do you change once? how big is your enclosure for how many tortoise? sry.. new to this pet.
