When I've seen this question asked previously on other Forums, the reply is nearly always it is better to buy a separate freestanding fridge. Its cheaper for a start and gets the 5c required etc.

Alternatively, boxed up in a cool room.

look at any of the large retailers,but dont be tempted to go for the cheapest,buy one with some quality.

I asked poeple's views about using these incubators as hibernation frideges and lots of keepers were very doubtful. I decided not to do it, and I'm going to buy a normal larder fridge. In my case, I don't have an incubator. If I need one in the future, I won't be aiming to use it for hibernation as well.

My personal opinion is that the capability of an appliance to do two very different things may compromise its' ability to do either one of them really well.

But like everything else to do with hibernation, we all have to make up our own minds.

This site might help for a bit cheaper, they have slight mark's or dent's. Delivery is additional to the winning bid price. I know peep's who have bought on here and the guarentee on working part's hold up.
