Indoor table
Hi folks could any one advise me please if general purpose timberboard from wickes will be ok for the sides of my Clydes table please ad also is 12 inches tall enough

Thanks so much will 12 inch be deep enough for a 5 inch Russian with about 6 inch of top soil

Laura I think you may have PM me too , some good advice on here - rule of thumb is length and a half of the tortoise but then there is the weight ration and agility of the species to consider...but as Gordon say if you add a lip round the edge the cant get a grip to push over. good luck - some photos would be good CB

Thanks you cb as soon as iv done it I'll load some pics on just want it less depth than this one coz we spoke a bit ago that as this is 17 inches high it's holding a lot of heat but it's just hard to get big width timber it's either 12 inch or 15 inch so I'm just trying to get some ideas on size before I order wood
