A pie crust one would be amazing!! they're so comical, my favourite is probably the hamburglar of your heart or the taco

There is nothing natural about them. They are only for fun. No one thinks that they keep the tortoise warm. They are for occasional use. And they are funny.
However, a portion of the profits go into Tortoise rescue in the Pacific Northwest. There is nothing bad about that. Just this month alone, they have taken in over 20 box turtles and horsfields. And THAT is a good thing.

I agree , it's just a bit of fun, they're quite funny, and if some of the profits go towards rescuing tortoises then it's a good thing.

Definitely, you'd probably only put it on once, take a few pics then never use it again. But the money has gone to a worthwhile cause.

I can see them being slightly handy for spotting them in grass where they are very camouflaged...
Other than that they are just cute...
