snaps from Friday
The weather here yesterday afternoon was really warm and sunny, and I managed to get away from work early to watch the torts enjoying it.
Septimus among the heucheras wee Irish who has thrived outdoors this year and now weighs a whopping 188g

And here is an aerial view of Zarat who has nice colours but I let her get a bit lumpy. She's in good health but a side-on view doesn't flatter.

I'm not sure I've seen your torts Jonathan, they are gorgeous. I love Zarat and all their colourings.
Franlyn is getting a little lumpy too, nothing serious but is just not as smooth shelled as Elenor yet they've been together all this time and fed same, enclosure area same, sprayed same, heat same, humidity. Grown same rate. but Frankie is bigger. What a lovely weekend and with the rugby has almost, nearly but not quite made up for a dismal August. Love your first photo , very cheery summery happy tortoise ! ! CB
