Alley , following a little thinking about this I've decided what it may well lack is a gnome? What do you think? I think that could be a new thread ! CB x

What a beautiful garden! And I absolutely love your were tree stump/house. I wish I had thought of doing that with the scabby old tree we used to have in a corner of the garden. It would have made a nice tree house.

Thank you everyone for the nice comments, it would be nice to see other people's gardens however large or small, I feel lucky to have a large garden which I enjoy but I also like little courtyard type areas with lots of pots.

My husband was all for grinding the stump but as the tree was sentimental to my neighbour I just couldn't!
The idea came from Pinterest, mine was a very basic version of some shown on there!
