Looks like coconut husk mulch uncompressed. Other companies like T-Rex sell it in compressed bricks which when moistened expand to about 10 times that volume for I suspect the same price.
I use it on frogs an moisture loving tortoises. Quote:

They sell exactly that stuff in our local pets at home.
Will have a look at it and the price next time im in there.

I didn't like this Aliza, I think Topsoil is a much cheaper better option

i use top soil with this mixed into the top layer for a bit of texture (as i don't use sand). really like it but it is slightly more expensive.
