oh my thats gotta hurt .. is that wood hanging from the wound and did u find the other 2 ?
did u have a good look round the garden and the neigbours ect .. that def needs vet treatment bless poor thing ..

You need to bathe the wound in some sort of anticeptic, or even salt solution, to stop infection
setting in. If would have been worth phoning for advice at Lawson and Stokes in an emergency.
The longer the wait, the more infection can set in.

yeah that is wood chip hanging off, didnt find the other two thou, told the neighbour to have a look as well, will keep looking thou. is there anything a vet can do thou.

Oh my gosh have you rang the vets? that tortoise must be in so much pain. I would take all the woodchips away and wash it in salt water as sandy said. I would also keep it on a old towel and keep it nice and warm.
