I continued with the antibiotics for another 3 days so total 8 days. Her nose has been dry from the 3rd day of using the antibiotics with neubelizer, hope it stays this way. She's eating and acting well, maing a mess of hew enclosure also which is a good thing. Only hope the RNS does not come back from what I have been reading, sometimes it does come back. Also the temps are a good 28-34c.

I have just rescued 3 stars with RNS but was wondering if you did the nebuliser daily, weekly etc? Great idea, love it |

Daily or a couple of times daily, depending on symptoms

Just to say I'm overjoyed to have made this discovery,and you can see a remarkable difference in the tortoises general vitality when used.Yes you do sometimes need Baytril as well, but if you have an animal who is prone to RNS and you get to spot it early you can usually nip the infection in the bud.

thank you, iv just taken in 3 baby stars which all have early signs of RNS so will give this a try also.
