Some seeds need a winter to get them going. If you have an area in your garden it might be worth scattering these seeds now. Alternatively you can trick the seeds by storing them in the fridge for a while - then when they are warmed up they suddenly feel its spring!

Don't forget Opuntia cactus as well, as a winter food. Im actually still finding plenty of weeds
