I am no expert on sulcata husbandry but for good environmental and husbandry I would say yes to both UV A&B as s/he wont be getting it from the winter months here and her health will suffer otherwise and for sulcata's up to 34 degrees, though I would suggest 29 - 30 will keep her or him ticking over nicely as long as s/he doesn't get cold and have to warm up. If you don't keep her warm her food wont pass through and will stagnant in her gut / bowel and or worse s/he wont eat at all. hope that's ok , someone with more knowledge may post also of course , but that's the basics, CB
