The boa should get to about 2.5 metres, and he will be heavy and strong. The rule of thumb is that up to 6' of snake is safe for one person to handle, every 3' after that requires another person to help, (Or 1 less person than the length in metres) so when fully grown it will take two adults to safely handle him.
He might not make it to full size, he was a fussy eater when he was a hatchling, so that may have stunted him a bit, but he's still the strongest snake we have. If he is coiled around something, it's a two man job to make him let go, and it's not easy.
