That one is a cache issue.
Clear your cache on your laptop. Instructions here:
http://www.bnl.gov/itd/webapps/browsercache.asp
You can test that by using a different web browser, and if it asks to copy your history and bookmarks over when you install it, click NO.
A couple of different browser options for you:-

Mozilla Firefox
Cache though that is definitely. A couple of members have managed to clear their cache and / or use a different browser and it works fine.
