Turtle eye problems can be caused by many things. The main causes are water quality or dietary. Dietary is usually down to a vitamin A deficiency, poor water quality can cause bacterial infections.
Keep feeding the pellets, perhaps feed a little raw liver which is high in vitamin A.
For infections I've found a product called Vetericyn eye care liquid works well. A drop on the eyes and keep the turtle out of the water for 30 minutes to allow it to work.
