Not happy is an understatement
There are a few differences Emma.
I'm peeved as I spent ages the other day filling out several forms and decided to call them before I paid to make sure it was the correct amount only to receive an email the next day saying they had received them but they were on the old forms so needed to be done again.
Now one would of thought while I was on the phone to the nice lady at defra she might of said they had a new form but no not a word so now I'm a first class stamp and an envelope down. GRRRRR.
