I'm not sure what is meant by 'screened' topsoil, it might be that it's screened for broken glass, bits of metal etc but anyway that's what I got from a garden centre. It was a brand name like John Innes or Westland or something I think but it was excellent stuff even if a couple of quid more overall (£12 for 3 as opposed to £10 for 3). I've had good and bad stuff from Homebase, Wickes, B&Q, and B&M Bargains in the past. I was getting good stuff from B&Q then suddenly I got some with broken glass and bits of wood in. I got some at Aldi once and it was really bad so never tried it again
