If its not too much bread you should be fine as long as the creaminess you are describing is not some sort of interraction of the bread with the medication you are giving. if it is an interraction the medication may be being altered to a different chemical making it ineffective (some things you can mix and some you cant) thats about all i can say. hope this helps.
