Warning: Essex Reptiles
Heads up:
I ordered a new bulb for my tortoises on their website paid by PayPal and sat back and waited for delivery. So a couple of weeks has passed so I give them a call to chase it up and am told the company has been sold and the new owners have no control over the PayPal account so as far as they are concerned there is no order and I have to raise a dispute with PayPal to get my money back.
I would avoid for a while until these problems are resolved.
