Ok, here are a couple of pictures of my heat lamp:

You should be able to see in the above picture that the lamp is resting on the bars either side by the metal hanger attachment.

From above, where you can see the piece of garden wire I mentioned in my earlier post. You could use more wire than I have to mkae sure it's completely secure.
