I had two nearly hibernating adult Ibera in the boot of our car in October as we were taking them to Blackpool to meet their new owner from Scotland, they were in their hibernation box and fast asleep. We waited in the long stay car park on the sea front and also went and had a cup of tea. They had about a week left of their wind down, just to 'prove' that there are reasons for having torts in your car. I also had 17 eggs the year before last as we were in the process of moving house, plus the two adults and some hatchlings who'd already hatched!. Enquire out of curiosity but don't judge!.
