Bloody shattered but I'm hoping it won't be forever.
Well I've managed to give up smoking which I wanted to do before I turned 40, it's been 6 months and not one slip up.
I also wanted to be fit and 40. Failed miserably and have become fat lol. Due to not smoking grrrr.
Hey ho something to do before I'm 50!
