Yes I met poor old Lonesome when I was there as our boat had blown up before we arrived so we were lucky enough to be able to stay in a hotel on Santa Cruz and then go out daily on boats to the other islands. In our spare time we were able to walk up the road to the Charles Darwin Research Station a real treat.
