Welcome CYC, I wouldn't know apart from CITES operations but someone may know who to refer to - are you thinking from Seychelles into UK out to Taiwan? As I can imagine it may differ from Seychelles direct....DEFRA would be a good start point and if they don't know they will know a man who does no doubt.
