When I gave them loads of soil last year they dug in it and I lost them in 8m2 of soil and I had to dig it all by hand to find them. That's why te soil was in the house. Will they not bask on the slates?

Genuine questions - just trying to work out how best to help them. Also if. Put more soil outside what do I put in the house? Am I not going to end up with more places they can dig in?

I hear you re hiding places as they tend to dig into the corners of the slate. So maybe I need to get then some plant pots or tunnels they can hide in.
