Yes, I couldn’t wait for 7 years for it to flower; in that time my whole pergola will be covered with the clematis, jasmine and vine - something for every season.
That said, I always feel envious when I see wisteria in flower. It’s just so stunning.
You must have been so galled when the wind took yours.
