I think maybe the cost and bother of packing them up carefully and posting them might be too much relative to how much someone would be willing to pay. I've got a uvb meter and in theory I might be a customer.
The tubes I use are D3 T5 desert+ tubes and the longest one retails at £35 and they last at least a year. I don't think it would seem worth it to me to bother with part used ones unless it was the specific one I use and then maybe I would pay £5 for one.
Others may have a different view.
