Looks like a graeca of some sort, but the pyramiding makes it harder to tell.
Definitely female, and definitely not a horsfield:0)
A picture from further away and from above might help more to ID.
Normally I can tell if ibera or graeca from plastron but these markings I dont know:0(
She needs a really good diet and not over fed, as the pyramiding is quite bad. It wont reverse the damage done, but with a good diet it will be masked more:0)
