It looks like she has been stapled!!!!!!!! There is no damage to her carapace, I think if a dog got hold of her there would be damage to both sides. I maybe wrong

Hi, after some advice please. I have adopted a horsfield approx 18 months old.
The plastron on one side has two tiny puncture marks on the other side is a puncture mark and a square piece missing....

I have followed lynnedits advice and now have a incandescent bulb on the go which will help with some warmth for her until the Acardia bulb arrives. Thank you Lynnedit.
