Thank you for all your help. I am very pleased to let you know that the egg has finally come out. It was broken but I think most of it is there. I will clean it up and see how much is missing....

Help with Poppy's shell - no tail
My tortoise Poppy has not got a tail. Judging by all the repair tissue I guess it was probably bitten off at some point in her life. Because she has not got a tail, she gets very messy by this part...
