:) I don't know if this holds true for all Sulcatas, but mine is SO different from the Russians. For one thing, she HATES hides. Does anyone else's baby Sulcata sleep out in the open? It's so weird!...

I think you should definitely take steps to ensure that your tort isn't in cold/damp conditions always, but especially after a bath.
I have them walk on the carpet a bit to dry off, then stick them...
