I would endorse the comment earlier about older...

I would endorse the comment earlier about older tortoises who were imported after being captured from the wild probably being more resiliant than captive bred. My old boy has been at least 50 years...

I guess the more this is done the more chance...

I guess the more this is done the more chance there would be that this sort of 'black market' stuff might be reduced. Of course, that assumes that DEFRA would have the capacity to do the follow up.
