HI helen I would not be in to mutch of a hurry I would say wait till she is at least 9/10 years old as she could get egg bound .But that is what I would do wait and see what others say .

Hi to get my small ones to eat when feeding them wormer I give them cooked mashed sweed and carrot and mix in the right dose ,as its easy to eat they clear the lot every time,

Another one out

Just want to share this with everyone, I have 15 adults and I hibernate them every year the same way in a safe area ,they can dig down in a mixture of soil and sand with leafs on top and go down...
