I got my stuff there last time, Solarglo was duff and replacement wasn't much better but the service and communication was 1st class

BTW Beverley, the 160w Arcadia isn't hotter than a 100w or 125w, they have been designed to produce just the same heat, probably a coating on the glass or something. It obviously uses a wee bit more...
