DO NOT USE SHELLED WARRIORS!

my partner and i brought a heated grow kit for our 4 year old spur-thighed tortoise, percy! we gave it time before emailing Sarah as there was a massage on the site about them being away till the 17th of April. we corresponded with her and she only replied once in 2 weeks. I've since emailed her another 3 times and have had no luck! i am so disappointment as we spent £35 on something that has never turn up. we have had no explanation or apologise for what has happened. we are in the middle of trying to get our money back at the bank.

i would never recommend this site to anyone, my partner tried to make an acount to be able to post on the thread but his email was denied as this is the email we had use for the delivery.

this will most likely to be taken down but i hope people see this and DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!

oh dear that's not the usual excellent service the site provides, hopefully someone will pick up your rant and sort you out,
