heat/basking bulb
 

Hi all can anyone recommend where to get 100w screw fitting spot bulbs from? I currently have a 75w but it is not getting the area temp above 29ish and I think my new arrivals are a bit cold. I have moved the lamp down but it don't really seem to make much difference. Today I have been to BQ homebase asda & wilko and none of them stock above 60w

TLC direct do great bargains if you buy in bulk. We order in store and get them for around 50p per bulb. :)

Have you a reptile shop nearby? You can get a basking bulb for around £5-6 for now until your online order gets delivered, and its a pain than no shops sell over 60watt reflectors, asdas use to do 100watt pack of 4 for £3 but no longer! It's really annoying x

Yep it sure is annoying I if I had the bayonet fitting they had 100w in stock but no longer do the screw fitting . I have found I have a toolstation right by where I work so will be going to collect a supply tomorrow. :smile:

And I just found one 9 miles away, which may deliver so will try them when ordering online.....thanks Emma :) x
