I built this insulated tortoise shed for in the greenhouse, to give them shade in the summer and keep them warm in the winter. I will install a tubular heater on a frost stat to keep the temps stable in the winter. The torts will dig down to hibernate and it should save me bubble wrapping the whole greenhouse. Once in position the greenhouse was re-landscaped to suit the new layout. |
These are great step-by-step photos of how you built it. Love the greenhouse and the whole enclosure.

Looking good Richard. Very envious of your succulents. Is the other plant rosemary?

lovely set up Richard. Greenhouses are s versatile. I find the torts keep the heat in their shells at night more in a greenhouse and even when the sun has gone down they are like little radiators in there, CB
