Weighing scales suitable for tortoises

I need a new pair of scales to weigh the tortoises on. The one I have only goes up to 2000g. Due to the recession lots of shops I could have gone to have closed down. Any ideas where to get them from? Thanks

I don't know how big your torts are but could you go for something like this:

I asked my vet which weighing scales they use, so I knew I was using something high quality / very accurate - and they recommended Marsden to me. Personally I'm using Marsden's V-22 model: http://www.marsden-weighing.co.uk/in...sden-v-22.html

I just use Argos digital scales (white round, flat ones) with a pot on top! Only 5.99 got several sets dotted around.

Likewise I have some cheap letter scales that go up to 5kg which is fine for the majority of my tortoises.

Yes, me too - digital kitchen scales do the job perfectly.
