Does anyone have the SW shop phone number? I've searched high and low on the 'net but can't find it and I'm anxious about the delivery time of an order I made on Tuesday. I have tried emailing, but no reply as of yet and I'd really like to talk to someone from the shop about it before they take their upcoming break. If anyone could help me out with a number to call I'd be really grateful! X

I don't think you will get one. I could be wrong but I think the shop is run from a private house.

Aww, thanks Pagan Queen although it's not really the answer I wanted. I've had to separate my torts by dividing their table in half for now because of fighting, so I don't feel I can wait more than 3 weeks for my new table and lamp. I did place the order on Tuesday and have had an email to say they've received it, but nothing to say it's been dispatched or in answer to my emails asking them about the matter. Feel a bit at sea because obviously I can't afford to go and buy from elsewhere (if it's not going to arrive anytime soon) until I know I can cancel my order and won't be charged for it. I ordered other items too such as a habitat pulse thermostat so it all adds up to be quite a lot of money!

I think the best person to ask is Stells, i think she can contact Sarah for you.

Hello please email me shelledwarriorsshop@yahoo.co.uk I am working Monday and will look into this. Your order has been dispatched but things are taking longer than normal because of the bad weather we have had.
I have replied to all emails on Thursday. But we are shut for the Easter holidays.

Just looked at your order which you place Wednesday evening at 8.02pm

Your order was dispatched the next morning Thursday.
It is the Easter holidays and its a bank holiday Friday and Monday.

Your order will be with you next week hopefully Tuesday if not Wednesday as you chose normal delivery next day delivery was available for a extra £4.

Customer care is very important to us. If you emailed me on Friday I'm sorry we were shut because its a bank holiday. But I always reply to emails.

Hi Sarah. Yes, got your email and thanks very much for getting back to me. I only wanted to check my items had been or would be dispatched before you took your break (normally I wouldn't mind but am in a bit of an urgent situation) which you say they have been, so that's great. Yep, completely understand you've been closed for good Friday etc and wasn't sure if that would be the case on Monday either which is why I started to have a bit of a panic about it, lol. Anyway, thanks again for getting back to me and I hope you enjoy your break : )
