Hi Sarah. Just a quick message about an order I placed with you on Tuesday eve. I have emailed you about it but no reply as of yet. I've ordered a table, a lamp and a few other bits and pieces. Because I'm having to separate two fighting torts (they each have half a table at the most which is not ideal) I'm keen to confirm that my order will be dispatched before you go on your hols as I really feel I can't wait for 3 weeks (for the table and lamp in particular). If you know they won't be dispatched before you go, I'd appreciate you letting me know as then I may have to cancel the order and get them elsewhere so I can give these 2 torts the space they need asap. Thanks

Just looked at your order which you place Wednesday evening at 8.02pm

Your order was dispatched the next morning Thursday (email sent to you to let you know)
It is the Easter holidays and its a bank holiday Friday and Monday.

Your order will be with you next week hopefully Tuesday if not Wednesday as you chose normal delivery next day delivery was available for a extra £4.

Customer care is very important to us. If you emailed me on Friday I'm sorry we were shut because its a bank holiday. But I always reply to emails.

Oh no i only placed an order for seeds and cuttlefish yesterday eve on ebay, said nothing about you going on holiday and I've just seen this post does this mean i won't get them sent to me for over three weeks?

We are posting Tuesday, yes you will get your order the shop is still open.
