Yes!! Jo its one of the natural wormers, butternut squash is also nice if you roast it!!!!!!

Im growing some this year....also growing Cucumber,Radichio,Courgette,tomatoe and peas too!!
Not all for the torts you understand.....some will be eaten by the humans....lol

Yeah,i am in the middle of growing red and yellow peppers,in my green house,but somethings been eating the yellow peppers leafs???:sad: but there are no bugs or snails ect around!! and there's no trace in the soil either? harrys flowers and my tom plant it's called the "money maker" would you believe! or my lettice's has'nt been touched!!!???!!! or the other pepper!! bonkers in it!!! i love butter nut,roasted with carrots,sweet potatoe,sweade,with drizzle of olive oil and fresh rosemary!! yummmmm! :D

my tort loves butternut squosh,with the rest you can make a delicious soup and also if you love cakes there is a great recipe for butternut squosh muffins ,my sons school love the muffins i always take them in for fetes,the recipe is jamie olivers.fab!!!
