given a tortoise what is he
 

this little boy was passed to somebody in a bar who didnt want it and passed it on to me
i have only had horsefields and am not really sure what he is
on his front legs he has four pronounced toes and a smaller fifth one
he has a little yellow dot just behind each eye which is not very visable on his pics.

been reading up on tunisian tortoises they dont hibernate. if that is what he is

No they dont and need to be kept warm all the time or will get rns.
