I was cutting some long grass a few weeks ago and went over the nest but seven eggs were ok so I put them in an incubator and out of the seven chicken appeared so sort of a happy ending apart from we now have a imprinted pheasant that follows us everywhere.

You can't beat roast pheasant. x
