dimensions of my tortoise table
 

Hello i am currently getting the supplies to build a tortoise table should be done in a week or two but i need to get some dimensions.It is going to have a second layer i just need to know how wide i am going to make as i do not have much space it is only going to have to be 4.5 feet long hence second layer. All i need to know is how wide should my table be optimally.
