Some of us with gallstones can't have pancakes this year.:-( Not that I am a great lover of them but deprivation is bound to bring on cravings and if I have to eat much more salad I'll be competing with the torts for basking room. Oh for a nice bacon sarnie.

I luuurve pancakes! But my favourite topping has to be orange with lots of sugar and closely followed by strawberry jam! I see they are having adverts now with Delia telling people how to make pancakes. You can pick up the recipe card from Waitrose:shock: What nex? They will be teaching people how to make beans on toast!

Noticed in Asda, they had a plastic bottle with a small amount of the dried ingredients in, add milk and shake for 2 min's let stand and pour into a pan.
Makes upto four thin pancakes. No good for me, what next a self tossing machine.:grin:
