Thanks

Did away with the Thanks... did ya? I thought it was a nice simple feature. I only realized this when looking to pass along a thanks to a persons comment. It was a nice simple feature. Why was it removed?

There was a poll asking the general consensus of the users. The community decided to get rid, not us. :)

I really never paid any attention to it.

It was just convenient to like someones post to avoid any redundancy.

Oh I see Ed, I liked it but can do without it lol, I just thank people in posts anyway x

EJ 27-02-2013 11:07 PM

You don't do it very often... do ya.

It's much easier... saves time and space.

If you go through the threads where I ask for help... I do it quite often. I guess you haven't offered any help when I asked.

[like] feature, missed the poll... It was interactive and fun. Oh well

egyptiandan64 13-03-2013 11:43 PM

We need an "Ed likes this post" button now

Danny

EJ 13-03-2013 11:45 PM

I'm not the only one. It would appear that certain people intentionally kept the poll low keyed.

RFUK have a 'like' 'button' or whatever its called and that gets used a lot, it shows on your private messages when someone likes one of your posts and also on the post.

yuna1971 15-03-2013 03:52 PM

I do like that saying: you snooze, ya lose :D
I keep hearing it at work. :lol:xx

yuna1971 15-03-2013 03:52 PM
