Digital thermostat
 

Hi everyone

Does anyone use a digital dimming thermostat and if so which do you use? I've seen this onehttp://www.bluelizardreptiles.co.uk/reptileheating/thermostats/5027407008861
The information says it can control night temperature too.

I currently use habistat dimming thermostat but I'm having a few problems with it.

Sorry , I use habistat too, is your one a Friday afternoon job? mine seems to be ok, ive had it for years. Would be interested if there are better ones or different too, CB

I have issues with one where the display is loosing brightness. The other thing they missed which seems daft is that there is not the option to change between summer and winter time. Which is a right pain when you have a lot to change

ignore ! I misread thread. I must have the oldest habistat in the world because mine isn't digital....is it the more advance technology that's the problem maybe? CB

There are a number of models at different price depending how much control you want to have.

I have also used the older habistat thermostats which were analogue gadgets and very reliable. The disadvatage of the analogue models is that they can only do very limited functions.
