i am no expert but it looks like shell rot,i would recommend a visit to a reptile vet to be sure, thorough washing and scrubbing with an iodine based solution would be a good starting point.if it is shell rot its guite easy to treat but the damage takes ages to repair,a good diet with plenty of calcium will also help.
good luck.

thanks, i imagined could be something like that. right now i have chlorhexidine based solution to use, does anyone know if it's usable or i have to buy a iodine based one?

It's a bit of shell rot all you need is some antifungal cream such as dacktarin for athletes foot and rub it in it will take a while but will clear up.

I cleaned up all the zone and applied chlorhexidine and methyl violet, both antifungal. it's what i've got right there, as soon as possible i will buy the cream

edit: by cleaning i mean asportation of rotten tissue, i also polished edges to avoid debris stagnation
