Barbie Clothes - Wanted

Hey guys,

It has just occured to me that my Barbie needs more clothes - I only have a couple of outfits and dresses. So I was wondering that if anyone is giving away or very cheapfully selling them, please PM me with pictures and prices. Thanks very much, am not sure if anyone would be selling any, but thought I should try my luck. Thanks!

You could try ebay as that's where I got some for my daughter. Otherwise do you have a local freecycle. Failing that do you have any old clothes or bits of material you could make your own with?. That's what I used to do with my Sindy .

I used to have a friend who stole all her brothers socks so we could cut them up and make barbie clothes. That was the best bit of playing with barbies, making the clothes for them.

My mum used to make me clothes for my Sindy, Tressy (anyone remember her!!), Barbie, Patch etc, etc from old clothes that we used to go and get from jumble sales! In those days there were a lot of 50's dresses in jumble sales, the sort with loads of material in the big skirts. Mum could have made a fortune selling them on ebay if it had been around at the time, she's pretty good on a sewing machine.
